We are acutely aware of the impact that COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is having on all of us, especially our partners and customers. Small businesses in particular may not be set up to allow employees to work from home. To help these customers keep their business up and running through this time of turmoil and uncertainty, we are allowing partners to activate Uplevel’s remote access VPN function through the end of May—at no additional cost to those not currently using the function.

We hope this will assist customers and partners looking to work remotely, and at the same time keep their employees safe and healthy. Please contact Uplevel support if you need help setting up the VPN service on your customers’ devices using the native VPN client or our new simplified SoftEther VPN client.

We will continue to keep partners and customers updated on any changes based on new developments. At this time Uplevel and its staff are fully operational and available for any support requests, just like normal.
