Uplevel Systems is seeking an administrative assistant part-time. Monday-Friday, 10-15 flexible hours per week, during business hours. We have a small, friendly office in Tigard. No walk in traffic or public interface.
Assist CEO with administrative tasks and other office related activities to include:
* Receive parts and accessories, process and organize hardware returns.
* Process shipments, packing and utilizing UPS online system.
* Enter and update information into the computer system and spreadsheets, and run reports as needed.
* Process returns with customers.
* Outreach to customers via email and phone to answer questions and process requests.
* Cross train on preparing and sending monthly invoices.
Requirements:
Experience with computers - MS Word, Excel, etc.
Attention to detail.
Lifting generally under 10 lbs, occasionally up to 20 lbs.
